Developing Insight to Support Your Yoga Practice - Workshop with Michelle Dorer - 3 Ways to Participate - Recording Included

Who: Do you want more from your Yoga practice than a good workout? Would you like help developing seated practices to support the growth that happens on the mat? Do you feel overwhelmed with the feelings, emotions, and change your Yoga practice brings? Are you looking for techniques to deepen your self exploration? If so, you will love this class! This workshop is available to students of all levels and all traditions! Option to practice Mysore is available before the workshop, or you can just sign up for the workshop. Curriculum:
9am -11am - Led Primary Series (Optional):
Led through the entire Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Adaptations encouraged.
11:30am - 1:30pm - Developing Insight to Support Your Yoga Practice:
We will examine how Patanjali defines Yoga in the Yoga Sutras. Particularly, we will focus on his instructions pertaining to Dharana, which is the first Internal Limb of Ashtanga Yoga and refers to concentration. Michelle will offer practical suggestions for developing sacred space in your own home and a daily routine to support your self work.
Students have 3 options to participate:
- In person - for local students, location below.
- Zoom - in your own home, from anywhere in the world.
- Class Recording - self paced with class recording and available consultations.
Note, the class recording is available for all registered students! Take the workshop on your own time and use the video as a reference in the future.

Cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the start of the Workshop will receive a refund minus any credit card fees already accrued. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 10 days of the start of the Workshop. Workshop fee can be transferred to another offering.
