Second Series 6 Week Course Starts Wednesday, October 5!
Michelle believes the Second Series has powerful tools for healing and self realization. She would like to share these tools in a way that is safe and accessible. Join her for a 6 week course of an in-depth study of the entire Second Series of Ashtanga Yoga. You do not have to be proficient in First Series. Experience in Vinyasa is recommended.
